Super cute property - the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were tidy

At around 830pm a staff member came into my room to turn the hot water on - but stayed in there for several minutes while looking around - it made me very uncomfortable and they also didn’t explain what they were doing. All in all the family was quite rude.The woman who works there was lovely though.Pool wasn’t clean

Great location, fun decoration, beautiful plants and a pool that could have been great.

Toilet smell. Problem with the drains?
No mosquito net. So many mosquitos

Dog waste on ground next to the pool. Staff literally ingnored it walking past it all day. The smell was so bad!

No breakfast option despite advertised

We needed place to stay and it was a last minute. The owner was quick to answer. Cool concept, nice swimming pool.

The path in the area is kinda bumpy so your luggage will take a beat.

It was a lovely place to stay ! Such cosy room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. So close to Ba Vi National Park :)

The cleaning lady seems to run the whole place, which basically deserted. She tries her best but cannot save the show

Dirty and dusty place. Pool dirty. Mosquitos inside. Nothing available to eat or anything decent to order nearby. Nothing to do around. No reasonable transport options as far as scooters are concerned. 1 scooter available on site for 250k per day, in bad condition and the owner asks for your passport and 5 mln deposit. The price is completely unjustified considering the shape and location of the place. We wasted our money going there and had to bargain to be able to check out after 1 night. Definitely NOT family friendly despite us picking it up specifically for that reason.

There's nothing around. The bed is not clean

The property is great for a family weekend gateway. Beds are comfortable and staffs are very enthusiastic. The garden is really pretty.

Would be great if there are some basic essentials in the kitchen like coffee or tea. And neighbors were a little too loud with their karaoke.

Loved the design of the buildings, very cosy rooms.

We felt the pool could have been cleaner - the bottom of the pool was a bit slimy.

Location and comfort was good. Even though you don't have many options to eat at the hotel, however many restaurant are nearby. Very close to National park. Rooms were cozy, and pool was nice. Recommended
